I understand that the ToP trademark is usable by all of us, but that the curved ribbon symbol used for ToP in the US is owned by ICA US. Am I correct?
ICA in Canada has not used the ribbon symbol on our marketing. We primarily use the ToP letters, sometimes with the square, circle and triangle that was on the Winning through Participation book. What are others using? |
